The Descriptive Analysis spreadsheet displays the total number of inactive, active, online, in-store, in-state, and out-of-state customers, along with the average age and satisfaction of these customers. You will need a list of all customers you want to track, along with the information you wish to consolidate. I will enter the information, and the formulas will calculate and consolidate the information automatically as it's entered. There are 150 spaces; I can add more space and rows upon request. I can change subheadings to reflect specific totals and averages needed upon request. Please note: Satisfaction cannot exceed 100%. The Customer column has no formulas and will not affect totals or averages. There are four slicers available to narrow down a specific category. I can change these slicers upon request.
